1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box at registration, or using any part of the Velora Global platform (the “Platform”), you enter into a binding agreement with Velora Global (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not register or use the Platform.

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where participation in such activity is restricted or unlawful.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws that apply to you, including tax obligations.
• Each person may hold one account only, unless expressly permitted by us in writing.

3 Account & Security

• You must register under a valid sponsor ID and provide accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account credentials confidential. All activity under your account is deemed to be yours.
• Your payout wallet address must be a valid USDT (BEP-20) address that you control. We are not responsible for funds sent to an address you provided incorrectly.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4 Plan Activation

• Minimum activation is $200 USDT. Amounts above the minimum must be in $100 multiples.
• A re-topup must exceed your current active plan and remain in $100 steps. Each re-topup adds to your total plan principal.
• Activation takes effect only after the payment is verified on-chain by the Platform. Sending funds alone does not activate a plan.
• You may activate or re-topup your own account or another member’s account by entering their sponsor ID.

5 Payments & Blockchain

• All payments are made in USDT on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) to the Platform’s official deposit address shown at checkout.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Funds sent on the wrong network, to a wrong address, or in a wrong token are permanently lost and cannot be recovered or credited by us.
• Payments require the configured number of network confirmations before the plan is applied.
• Underpayment is rejected. If you send more than the selected amount, only the selected amount is applied to the plan; the excess is not credited.
• Each transaction hash can be credited once only and cannot be reused for another account.
• If a payment is confirmed on-chain but your plan does not activate, contact support with your transaction hash so it can be verified and applied.

6 Income & Earning Cap

• ROI income is released at the Company’s discretion for a given cycle and is pro-rated by the number of days your plan was active. It is not fixed or guaranteed.
• Level income is paid from the activation/re-topup of your downline across up to 15 levels, subject to the direct-referral requirement for each level, and is pro-rated by days active.
• ROI and Level income together are capped at 2× your plan principal. Once this cap is reached your account is “flashed out” and stops earning ROI and Level income until a new re-topup raises the cap.
• Reward income is not counted toward the 2× cap.
• Income is credited to your E-Wallet as it is generated. Amounts are calculated by the Platform and its records are final, absent manifest error.

7 Rewards & Ranks

• Reward ranks are achieved when both your power leg and weaker leg business reach the qualifying requirement for that rank.
• Each rank is awarded once per account.
• Rank qualification is cumulative: a rank requires its own new business in addition to that of all lower ranks.
• Leg business is measured from the plan principal of your directs and their entire downline, as recorded by the Platform.
• Rewards credited due to a system or calculation error may be corrected or reversed by the Company.

8 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are made from your E-Wallet in USDT (BEP-20) to your registered payout address.
• Minimum withdrawal is $5. An admin fee of 5% applies to external withdrawals.
• The gross amount is debited and held while the request is reviewed. On approval, a transaction hash is recorded. On rejection, the full gross amount is refunded to your E-Wallet.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where required for verification, compliance, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or error.
• You are responsible for providing a correct payout address; transfers to an incorrect address cannot be reversed.

9 Risk Disclosure

• No income is guaranteed. Past performance, illustrations, or examples are not a promise of future results.
• Digital-asset markets are volatile. You may lose part or all of your contribution.
• Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Seek independent advice before participating.
• You participate at your own risk and with your own judgement.

10 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating multiple or fake accounts, or registering on behalf of another person without authority.
• Providing false information, or using funds obtained unlawfully.
• Making false or exaggerated income claims, guarantees, or promises to recruit others.
• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform, its income calculations, or its payment verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

11 Changes to the Plan

The Company may amend the compensation structure — including ROI rates, level percentages and requirements, reward ranks, qualifying thresholds, fees, and limits — at any time, where reasonably necessary for the sustainability and integrity of the Platform. Changes apply prospectively from the date they take effect. Amounts already correctly credited are not affected, save for corrections of error as set out in clause 7.

12 Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, or where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
• Balances arising from error, abuse, or breach may be adjusted, withheld, or reversed.
• You may stop using the Platform at any time. Contributions already made are subject to these Terms.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits or expected income. We are not liable for losses arising from blockchain network faults, wallet or third-party service failures, incorrect addresses or networks used by you, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14 Privacy

We collect and process the information you provide (such as name, email, phone, wallet address) to operate your account, verify payments, calculate income, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data. Blockchain transactions are public by nature and are visible on the BNB Smart Chain.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction there shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.

16 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
